- UI Design: Create innovative and professional designs that resonate with our target audience, setting new standards in UI for professional platforms.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership potential. You should be able to articulate your design choices and contribute ideas, with the potential to manage and mentor other designers in the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in SaaS or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and an understanding of design best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively but also independently, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a managerial role.
Application Process
- Google Form Submission: Complete a simple Google Form with a few questions and provide an example of your design work.
- Design Task: Redesign a given UX flow to showcase your approach and creativity. Additionally, create the first section of the UI based on your UX modifications. This step is crucial to understand your design thinking and compatibility with Queue's vision.
